WELCOME first.

I'm Cristina, creator and owner of Mialma.

I renovated my house in April 2023 and in October I began the wonderful adventure of opening the doors to travelers.

My intent is to create a HOME AWAY FROM HOME for all my guests and to remain at their disposal for every possible need.

The motto is "You enter as Guests and leave as Friends".

For this reason I want to be present at every check-in.

To shake your hand, get to know you and explain the mindset with which Mialma was conceived.

They are not four walls to be rented out. Far from it!

Every traveler who stays here has great value for me, like the message he leaves me written on a leaf of the tree of life or the photos he takes to leave hanging at the entrance to the house.

Encounters always leave a trace, a memory. Otherwise you don't travel but you move!

The house is approximately 90m2 internally and 90m2 externally. The green of the plants... is the predominant color. They are alive and full of positive energy.

The furnishings are simple but refined. Everywhere there are mosquito nets and grates on the windows. The shutters are electric, the door is armored and the safe... I can't say where it is, but it is there.

The heating is autonomous, ultra-fast WiFi connection and I thought I would leave a landline telephone in case of problems with the smartphone line.

Each system has been certified and in addition to the obligatory fire extinguisher, I thought of adding a monoxide detector and gas leak detector in the kitchen.

THE ENTRANCE

The large entrance opens on one side towards the living room and on the other towards the corridor where you will find a small laundry area equipped with everything.

Dryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all the organic soaps and disinfectants in the world.

THE LIVING ROOM

The airy and spacious living room gives direct access to the equipped terrace.

The sofa becomes a comfortable double bed on which you can relax in front of the 55" Smart TV

THE MASTER BEDROOM

Spacious, bright and welcoming, it is equipped with every comfort including a walk-in closet.

All in a simple but enveloping style.

Upgrade to enjoy access to the green terrace and enjoy an outdoor space in total tranquility.

I thought for you of a 55" Smart TV, 30cm mattress with topper and USB type-c sockets.

Obviously the air conditioner!

ROOM WITH DOUBLE BED

Equipped with every comfort, this room is very bright also because it overlooks the terrace with a three-panel window. It is equipped with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.

Ideal for children, it includes a private bathroom with shower and a computer station as well as obviously a 50" Smart TV and air conditioning.
